Example of a typical day

We have included an example of a typical morning and afternoon with us on our bespoke fitness retreat. Due to the bespoke nature of these retreats each experience will be different for each person. Please see below for an example guest. Our example guest is a male who has a very busy lifestyle. He exercises in the gym once a week, enjoys a glass of red wine every evening and struggles to sleep at night. He would like to lose weight, reduce stress and cycle more.

EXAMPLE Morning

0730 - Hydration to kick start the metabolism

0745 - Beach Jog of fasted cardio to burn fat

0830 - Breakfast on the beach to rest and enjoy

1000 - Gym Session of HIIT and free weights

1230 - Light Lunch to refuel and nourish

EXAMPLE AFTERNOON

1400 - Yoga to reduce stress and stretch 

1530 - Cycling 1 hour flat ride to begin

1700 - Protein Shake to aid muscle recovery

1800 - Meditation to improve sleep

1900 - Dinner with light nutritious choices
