India has been a Personal Trainer for 6 years, the majority of which has been in one of London’s most presitgious health clubs dealing with affluent and high profile clients. She loves combining ‘out-of-the-box’ functional training with HIIT training to create effective and fun training sessions!
India also provides Online Body Transformation programmes helping busy women lose weight, tone up and feel fabulous through the use of nutrition, exercise and mental wellbeing. India herself is a fitness fanatic and lover of athletics, boxing, horse riding and polo.
