Paula Denvir has over 20 years experience as a yoga teacher and pilates instructor. Based in La Manga, Spain, Paula focuses on yoga to enhance flexibility and increase mobility for sport specific clients. Her teaching includes Yin Yoga which emphasises the connective tissue of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine, drawing awareness away from the muscles and deeper into the bones to achieve a deep state of relaxation.
Paula also works with therapeutic mindful Hatha Yoga, which is a mix of the ancient wisdom of traditional Hatha Yoga and mindfulness practices. This is an excellent way to tune into the mind and body while developing flexibility.
Paula also teaches private pilates sessions to improve core strength and help clients develop more efficient technique within running, cycling, swimming, tennis and golf.
